Refund windows are counted from the trip's scheduled departure date. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically settle within 5–10 business days.

How to cancel.

  2. 2We confirm your refund tier based on the cancellation date.
  3. 3We process the refund to your original payment method and send written confirmation.

If the operator cancels

When a trip is cancelled by the operator — for mechanical, scheduling, or safety reasons — you receive a full refund or a free reschedule to another departure of equal value. Your choice.

Weather & force majeure

Indonesian seas can turn. If a departure is cancelled or cut short for weather, port closures, or events beyond the operator's control, we work with the operator to secure a refund or reschedule on the fairest available terms.

We recommend dive travel insurance

Refund tiers cannot cover every situation — illness, flight disruption, or a missed connection. Comprehensive dive travel insurance protects the part of your trip a cancellation policy cannot.
